ABOUT ME

As of January 2026, I am taking a short break from the corporate world to work on the thesis for my doctorate and related publications. The doctorate should be completed by 2025, and will focus on the skill gaps of AI adoption assessing the needs of industry and what is being provided for by universities. The motivation for my thesis comes from my career in both the academic and corporate career:

My corporate experience from 2010 - 2025

Between July 2018 and December 2025, I was at the world’s largest professional services firm, Deloitte – where I had been responsible for setting up and leading global transformation teams with a focus on the deployment and adoption of a vast range of new technology, digitisation, organisational change and change management.

My roles at Deloitte have included that of Global Leader for Deployment and Adoption and Global Change Management Lead. The teams I created, scaled and led included manages, consultants and business analysts from across the globe and specialising in skills such as project management, change management, business analytics, data management and performance management.

Prior international management experience between 2008 and 2018 with the DHL Group, the world’s largest logistics organisation - where I held roles such as the Head of Performance Measurement, Europe and as a Senior Global Change Management Consultant at the global head office. 

My academic experience from 2010 - 2025

Since 2017, I have been an Associate Professor @ Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Germany. I have been the course architect and visiting lecturer for Change Management (BA Honours module) and Digital Transformation (Masters module).

In addition, my book Transformative Change is core reading text for a number of University courses, and I have delivered guest lectures to students and academic staff at Universities in both Europe and Asia.
